Preparation tips: To retain the natural aroma of tea leaves steep this tea with water at the temperature about 95°C. It is best to use tea pots or infusers which let the leaves expand fully. Brew one teaspoon of tea per cup with hot water (ca. 150 ml per cup) for 2 to 3 minutes. It is recommended to separate the leaves from the brew before serving. Steeping black tea for up to 3 minutes gives it stimulant properties, whereas steeping for over 3 minutes – makes it relaxing.
