This 30g Pai Mu Tan loose leaf white tea is a noble white tea with rose petals, a slightly floral aroma and a harmonious taste that enchants with its velvetiness. This is a very subtle composition with a slightly sweet taste, rich in vitamins A and E and polyphenols.
A noble white tea was created with undeveloped tea buds and the very first leaves, still covered with fine silver fluff, plucked in the Chinese Fujian Province. The beautiful, poetic name of the rare Pai Mu Tan species means “white peony”. White tea is the least processed of all tea types – the process of wilting and drying the leaves is sufficient to obtain the unique aroma. This results in a brew with a delicate, slightly sweet, flowery taste, rich in vitamins A and E and polyphenols.
