Tiramisu coffee

TIRAMISU-COFFEE

Ingredients:

Brew:

Cream:

  •  4 eggs
  • 110 g sugar
  • 500g mascarpone cheese

Other ingredients:

  • biscuits
  • whipped cream
  • cocoa for decoration

Preparation:

Brew Aurile Cherry coffee in a moka pot. Add sugar. Mix egg yolks with sugar, add mascarpone and mix all thoroughly. Beat egg whites into a foam and gently combine it with the cheese mass. Put a little of the mass at the cups bottom. Then place a layer of biscuits drenched in the coffee brew and the mass one on top of another. The top layer should be the mass. Decorate it with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Leave it to cool before serving.
